St George and dragon right, date in exergue, B.P. to upper right of exergue, WWP on ground line below lance for William Wellesley Pole, edge inscribed in raised letters inverted. Edge lettered DECUS ET TUTAMEN. ANNO REGNI SECUNDO. (S.3805: Bull 2310; ESC 246; Davies 131)

An attractively toned Almost Unirculated. Trivial signs of circulation but a pleasing example of this variety of crown with the Inverted WWP.
