A truly remarkable survivor of the English Civil War. The Newark coinage from this fascinating era are amongst the most iconic and are a truly wonderful and captivating issue to behold. Struck on a huge flan, this Shilling is still in As struck condition and is the most appealing example we have ever handled let alone seen.
