Charles I (1625-1649), Tower Mint under the King (1625 - 42) Halfcrown, Group 2,  Type 2a, King on horseback left, plume on head dress, no ground line, cinquefoil of stops to left of m.m. Legends reads FRAN, Rev. Round garnished shield surmounted by lis [over rose], dividing C-R m.m. plume (1630 - 1)( S.2769; N,2205; Bull 99/9 ; Hawkins 2a; Francis 2a; Brooker - ) weight 14.84 grams

Approaching very fine and a very rare legend reading unrepresented in the Brooker collection. Bull only listing 3, with 1 being in British Museum's collection.
