Commonwealth (1649-60), Sixpence, 1658 over 7, m.m. anchor, , shield of England within palm and laurel wreath, rev. conjoined shields of England and Ireland, mark of value above (ESC 210 {1495} [R3]; N.2727; S.3220) weight 2.51 grams

Struck from rusty dies, edge split at 7 o'clock, otherwise very fine and very rare, with old collection ticket. This the only time we have offered this very rare overdate.
