Struck from dies in a very detiriated state. Only 8 examples are recorded by Bull, with 2 in musuem collections. This overall the second finest only bettered by the Ex Ryan Specimen. Graded as Very fine / GVF, toned. Interestingly coins of 1646 were minted only fro a matter of weeks before Oxford surrendered to Fairfax and his Parliamentary forces.
